Left click on the IceWM logo at the bottom left, raise the
              arrow to "logout" (keeping the button pressed down while
              you're doing this); a submen shoud open up to the right, move
              the arrow to "logout" in this submenu and release the button;
              click on "OK" in the question window - the gnome screen should
              now come up; left click on "System" and a submenu should open
              up below this line, move the arrow down to "shutdown" and
              release the mouse button; click on "yes" when the question
              window comes up. The machine should now shut down. It may turn
              off the power automatically; if it does not, wait till text
              stops scrolling up the screen. You should see the words "Power
              Down" at the bottom of the screen. Once you see this, its safe
              to turn the power off.
