If someone's posted something to the public list (like personal phone

          numbers etc) and they need it removed, a sys admin would look for

          these two files to edit.

          NOTE: Rather than wiping the whole file, please edit out the phone

          number with XXXX-XXXX or (phone number was here) etc, so as to avoid

          broken links etc.

          /var/lib/mailman/archives/private/listname/YYYY-MonthName/0012345.html
          which is obv. a HTML version of the individual list message. and

          /var/lib/mailman/archives/private/listname/YYYY-MonthName.txt which is

          a ASCII only compendia of all the emails to the list for that month..

          btw this is the "raw" archive named on the web archive for a list.
