If you have been using a Windows FTP program to access your Cat web
pages, please download Filezilla at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla
Click File > Site Manager Fill in your host address (cat.org.au) and
username and password as normal but make the Server Type 'SFTP using
SSH2'.
This program is just as easy as CuteFTP or any other but it is much
more secure as it doesn't use send passwords in plain text over the
internet.
Linux people can use gFTP and many others.

Details on the settings:
========================
* open the 'Site Manager' - the button on the top left of the screen
* click 'New Site'
* add these details:
- host: conway.cat.org.au
- port: 22
- servertype: SFTP using SSH2
- logontype: normal
- user: your logon eg jsmith
- don't save password: tick
- default local directory: whatever you want on Windows

If this doesn't work, try from a couple of different machines -

are stopping you being connected
