You'll be prompted for a password. This is YOUR password (which the system requires for you to execute a SUDO command). Next it will want a password for the user: (New UNIX password:) You'll have to repeat it, just to confirm. During this process, you are required to create a passwd for the user and it is best to phone them with the details, if at all possible.
